We always conduct in-depth risk assessments of sites and equipment. This allows us to identify any potential hazards and devise arrangements for our operatives to work safely and effectively.

All members of staff are fully inducted in all health and safety procedures — both generally and on a site-specific basis. Regular refresher courses are conducted to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date on all health and safety issues and developments. In addition, our site managers regularly carry out inspections and reviews of our health and safety standards.

Staff must sign a document to acknowledge full comprehension of all health and safety procedures and to commit to an ongoing adherence to the policies.
