Advance's staff are inducted in all health and safety procedures — both generally and for site-specific requirements. Regular refresher courses are conducted to ensure all operatives are continually up-to-date on all health and safety issues. Site managers inspect and review health and safety standards on an ongoing basis.

Staff must sign a document to acknowledge full comprehension of all health and safety procedures and to commit to an ongoing adherence to the policies.
