Peter Smith

Peter joined Ramoneur in 1973 and was appointed Managing Director in 1992. In 2001 he moved to Strand Ltd where as Managing Director he was instrumental in building another successful brand in the cleaning sector. In 2008, Peter brought his top-level experience to Advance.

Patrick Coffey

Patrick pioneered the use of rope access in window cleaning. Since achieving his first abseil qualification in 1990, Patrick is now one of Advance's three IRATA Level 3 abseilers. Patrick is an expert in devising innovative, safe and effective solutions to the complex logistical problems presented by the most inaccessible cleaning projects.

David Saville

With more than twenty years' experience as contract manager of commercial cleaning projects and board director of both Ramoneur and New Century, David's is one of the industry's most respected and authoritative figures. David's innovativeness drives Advance's progressive environmental and health and safety policies.

Jim King

Jim is vastly experienced in a wide range of specialist cleaning, with particular expertise in transportation. His comprehensive knowledge of cleaning in the transportation sector — built over fifteen years' coordinating cleaning contracts for the likes of London Underground and Southern Trains — is unparalleled in the cleaning industry.
